As the team supporting our highest-volume and most challenging searches across the business, globally, Collibra's Sourcing team helps ensure we can create robust, diverse, and highly-qualified pipeline to delight our hiring managers and candidates, and serve as our catalyst for Growth. 

A day in the life of a Sourcing Manager in Talent Acquisition:

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and building Collibra's sourcing team, including the engagement model for sourcers, capacity planning, and KPIs for continual refinement
  • Working with Talent Acquisition Partners, managers, executives, and People Partners to identify and achieve diversity recruiting goals through execution of sourcing strategies
  • Leading by example in supporting recruiters through sourcing of your own, while leading a small, elite team
  • Driving active candidate pipeline to our most critical, evergreen roles on a global basis
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition Ops to create a metrics-driven approach to sourcing, allocation, pipeline metrics, and capacity

You Have:

  • Developed a recruiting sourcing function supporting a growth-technology company
  • Managed, mentored, and developed a high-performing recruiting team
  • Identified and improved gaps or bottlenecks in the recruiting process
  • Built specific models and/or KPIs to determine the success of sourcers
  • Designed engagement models for optimal experience and efficiency

Measuring success:

  • Within your 1st month, you will learn the Collibra pitch and process, dive into a few select searches, and gain a grasp of the end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Within your 3rd month, you will have placed your first candidate, designed a measurable sourcing model, and begun to build your team
  • Within your 6th month, you will have created a scalable, measurable sourcing team that has become critical to the speed, quality, and diversity of hires across the globe
