As our Tech Recruiting Manager, you will lead a growing team with a hunger to find talent who will take our products to the next level as our company scales. You’ll serve as a talent hunter, partner and leader across the full lifecycle recruiting process from needs assessment to closing talent -- and all the important work in between. Our tech teams have exciting challenges to solve as we help companies build better workplaces. You’ll be their core partner to help own creative sourcing strategies and develop an effective and efficient hiring process. You’ll be the tech talent expert, consulting on open roles to longer-term talent needs. Most of all, you’ll drive an amazing candidate experience allowing us to continue to be a tech company of choice within our industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and hire top talent by leveraging your own network, actively sourcing passive candidates, and managing the full, end-to-end recruitment process
  • Manage our technical recruiting team, driving for results each day, while mentoring them to be successful alongside the dynamic demands of our rapidly growing company
  • Partner with senior engineering leaders to drive recruiting progress and strategy
  • Empower our technical recruiting team to act as a strategic recruiting partners to our tech teams, driving a solid experience for our internal interviewers and hiring managers
  • Revamp existing technical recruiting process to drive more efficient sourcing & hiring efforts in an effort for us to hire top tech talent quickly
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience - both for candidates we hire, and the candidates we don’t

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8+ years of engineering recruiting experience with at least 2+ years of proven success building and managing a high performing team of technical recruiting professionals
  • You’re a hunter when it comes to sourcing, thinking of creative ways to build pipeline with top quality & unique prospects
  • You have a consistent track record sourcing, recruiting, and closing extraordinary technical talent for senior level roles
  • You are data driven with extensive experience building and defining recruiting pipeline metrics and using data to debug problems
  • You’re a builder that can think from first principles. You have helped managers build and define interview processes, evaluation rubrics, and sourcing strategies
  • BS/BA Degree
