The Role You’ll Play:

The Manager, Technical Recruiting position is a unique opportunity to take on a Technical Recruiting leadership role at a fast-growing SaaS company that has the highest standards for talent, client success, and fun. This person will serve as a critical member of the growing People team to elevate our technical hiring capabilities, develop broader technical recruiting strategies, and contribute to other hiring priorities, as needed. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high degree of tech talent assessment, comfort with ambiguity, and leadership acumen. This person will be held to a high standard of confidentiality and ethics, as they will manage sensitive information on a regular basis.

This role is an entry-level management position and is ideal for a person who is looking to grow as a people manager and has a small amount of people management under their belt but also conducts full-cycle recruiting.

Your Main Tasks:

Talent acquisition:

  • Directly recruit for your open requisitions
  • Partner with business teams to define role requirements and set the project plans
  • Interview and assess candidates at both screening and final interview stages
  • Lead the interview process, including offer negotiations
  • Build and maintain rapport with candidates in our networking pipeline

Recruiting strategy

  • Identify and implement new strategies to source talent, specifically in the tech space
  • Help lead planning and influence structure of overall talent acquisition process and delivery
  • Engage partners to uncover ways to best partner to build relationships and gain visibility to top tech talent across the industry

Team leadership

  • Lead and develop a small team of recruiters and support (2-3)
  • Instill organizational best practices learned from past experiences
  • Manage reporting of multiple recruitment streams
  • Cultivate a transparent, trustworthy, and ethical work environment by staying engaged, curious, and accountable

What you bring to the table:

  • Deep experience with Greenhouse
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting
  • Experience in all aspects of recruiting process
  • Proven track record of analytical acumen, structured problem solving, and drive for results
  • Strong ability to present and communicate implications in both written and oral format to senior leadership and candidates
  • Can lead self and direct reports; managing multiple assignments and stakeholders simultaneously
