Senior Manager, Technical & Supply Chain Recruiting

The Role
As the Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting at Harry's you will work closely with the engineering, R&D and Supply Chain teams to build their teams. You will own and drive recruiting efforts in partnership with the People Operations team, and will work with the team at large to build out the brand of the technology culture. We’d want you to partner with tech orgs in the city, and work on recruiting projects such as employer branding, diversity and inclusion, referrals, interview processes and training.
What you'll do:
- Actively source, recruit, and hire technical talent on the diverse teams, technical and non-technical
- Work with hiring managers to create clearly defined job descriptions, interview processes, and offers
- Support interview teams by facilitating conversations that drive to decision making
- Be a brand ambassador for the Harry's Engineering brand, attend events and inspire the team to attend with you
- Manage communication between Harry's and candidates
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide weekly updates to the greater team
- Develop and improve systems and processes
- Mentor recruiting coordinators in sourcing, running debriefs and building processes
The following might describe you:
- Multiple years of experience working in a technology company or startup
- Deep knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and engineering environments
- Experience managing recruiters or recruiting coordinators
- You constantly put yourself in others’ shoes on both sides of the hiring equation and always have your company’s employment brand at the fore of what you do
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Collaborative, creative, and supportive of hiring managers, interviewers and your team!
- You think outside the box: when presented with a challenge you will do anything you can to tackle the problem
- You stay organized and detailed, even when there are many projects with moving parts
- Experience improving and iterating on existing processes and implementing new ones.
