We are headquartered in New York City with international offices in Tokyo and Seoul and more than 200 employees worldwide. As our US team grows, we are looking for a full-time candidate to join our Operations team within the Coaching Department (the largest team at Noom!). You will work closely with Coach Management and play a key role in facilitating the operations of a team of 400 (and counting), managing administrative tasks and assisting in the onboarding of new hires. You will be an important liaison between Coach Management and Human Resources.

What you will be doing:

  • Ensuring a seamless transition of new team members from hire, to onboarding, to training, to success!
  • Being the first to welcome new coach hires to the team, acclimating them to our culture and navigating them through training week.
  • Handling account administration for team members and facilitating communication between new hires and leadership
  • Providing detailed reports and data on various items related to coaching team
  • Updating and general maintenance of Noom’s Onboarding Handbook, Employee Handbook, and employee data
  • Being a voice and an advocate for all members of the coaching team

What we are looking for:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Extremely agile and demonstrate start-up scrappiness
  • Understands that we fail fast to learn fast
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and be a multi-tasking machine
  • Ability to be self-driven and take initiative
  • Ability to communicate/advocate on behalf of others; prompt follow-up
  • Knowledge of when/how to self-service and when/how to ask for help
  • Is a proactive and enthusiastic learner
  • Friendly and approachable, both in person and virtually
  • Must have excellent written communication skills
  • Experience with Google Sheets/Excel
  • Experience in communicating with a virtual team is a plus
  • Administrative, HR, and/or operational experience preferred
  • This position is based in our NYC HQ location. Local candidates only
