Here at Peakon our People are our most important asset, so much so that our strategic objectives are based on our employees and manager experience. The HR team’s main focus is to support the business delivering on these objectives and provide full support as we scale Peakon across the world. We are now building the HR Business Partnering team to work alongside departments on achieving their departmental goals. This role will be working with the commercial teams in the US to support leaders and employees on their Peakon journey. You will work closely with the wider People team on the people strategy to then roll out across your departments. We are looking for a self-starter as you will be working autonomously to deliver the initiatives but have a passion to be best in class and strive for excellence. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Partner with managers and leaders to offer thought leadership on how to develop and implement the right people and organisational solutions to execute against the business strategy
  • Lead the facilitation and management of all people programs rollout within your departments: Career paths, succession planning, Peakon in Peakon, performance management etc
  • Work closely with the business partnering team to define appropriate people initiatives and plans
  • Prepare presentations and data/insights analysis working with other business partners and subject matter experts as required
  • Support managers and leader throughout forecasting and budgeting process to ensure we have the correct org design to achieve business goals
  • Employee relations: promotions, internal transfers, separations, redundancies etc (when necessary)

Requirements

  • 6+ years of HR experience in an international fast paced organisation
  • Able to influence, coach and drive impact through effective working relationships
  • You must have experience of performance management or talent/team development, org design and change management, leadership coaching and data and insights analysis
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and business acumen
