We’re looking for a  People Experience Specialist to join our growing US People team. We value thoughtful, fun, curious, out-of-the-box thinkers, who love working together to make Yotpo an amazing workplace. 

This position plays a critical role within our  People team, and a person who would thrive in this role will  be hands-on, a self-starter, a multitasker, a collaborator, and a visionary. 

In this role, you’ll be leading the planning of strategic employee experience events. You’re someone who can see big-picture, but can also navigate the details involved with event execution. You will have the impactful role of continuing to shape and grow our culture.

You will:

• Build and manage employee experience and wellness programs/events from planning to execution including budget, vendor identification, timelines, branding, logistics, etc.
• Innovate and run Employee Experience related programs such as community events, sporting events, philanthropic activities, etc. 
• Work collaboratively with global counterparts and People team members to ensure cohesive employee experience programming 
• Partner with the broader PX team to work on various  global employee experience initiatives
• Work with a variety of suppliers and vendors, providing a high-level of execution 
• Create an employee wellbeing strategy aligned with the organization's business needs
• Own employee lifecycle events, including gifts and perks  
• Translate culture and brand through in person as well as virtual events and experiences.
• Partner with HR + TA to create wonderful onboarding experiences for US new hires 
• Monitor employee experience via surveys, emails  to ensure you have your finger on the pulse of engagement  in the office
• Work closely with different departments and stakeholders to fully understand the different teams unique needs 

About you:

• 3+ years in People Experience (PX) /wellbeing roles within high growth companies
• Experience in planning, managing, and executing employee events and activities
• A creative attitude, an ability to multitask, and a hands-on approach 
• A true project manager at heart, with the ability to plan, coordinate and execute large-scale events 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 
• Excellent with budget management and procurement

• Experience fast growing tech start up / B2B SaaS / e-commerce space
