People Infrastructure Lead

We’re searching for a leader to drive the People function forward by laying the foundations of our People Infrastructure - all things related to People systems, tools and analytics. This role will require you to partner cross functionally, understand our challenges, gather and analyze data, and provide proposed solutions. Being a part of this team requires thriving in ambiguity, creative problem solving, and adeptness across a variety of People-related areas. Your work will be foundational to a rapidly scaling company looking to continue attracting mission-driven and values aligned individuals. Over time you will be expected to build a team of experts.

- Partner across leadership to lay the groundwork for a successful People Infrastructure function within a rapidly scaling company
- Identify and prioritize People Infrastructure strategy based on business acumen, qualitative and quantitative data, and the evolving market
- Work closely with your colleagues on the People team to make your vision a reality and drive change management across People-related systems and tools usage, data utilization, and total reward strategy
- Lead the development and delivery of regular and ad hoc analyses on People topics to drive strategic and tactical decision making, measure ongoing results and iterate
- Own the implementation and iteration of all People-related tools and systems
- Own the implementation of a Total Rewards strategy that supports our values and DEI strategy
- Grow a People subfunction of experts that spans across total reward, analytics, and systems
