People Operations Associate

We are looking for a self-driven, data oriented, systems loving analyst to support the People and Recruiting Operations functions. Reporting to the Manager of People & Talent Operations, the People Ops Associate will collaborate with our Talent Acquisition, People Ops, and People Business Partner functions to execute on the strategy and design set by our People leaders. We need your help to make our systems savvy, clean, and streamlined so that they can inform innovative business decisions!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diving into the features of Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, to ensure clean data and a consistent, repeatable hiring experience for our candidates and recruiting team
- Managing data integrity and reporting associated with hires, transfers, and terminations data alongside our FP&A team — headcount forecasting and recruiting capacity planning galore!
- Own day to day operations of managing employee data by updating various people systems as directed (we use BambooHR, Sapling, ADP, and more)
- Managing our payroll partnership with Finance and 401(k) administration
- Serve as owner and dedicated resource for People Operations mailbox and #people-team slack channel to both proactively and reactively address employee questions and needs
- Support new hire and employee immigration by partnering with external vendors
- Gaining facilitation and onboarding experience by supporting our new hires every Tuesday!
What We’ll Expect From You:
- Experience with HR tooling (ATS, HRIS, Benefits, Payroll)
- Strong commitment to becoming a super user of our people systems, and a champion in best practices and data integrity
- A passion for streamlining data entry, system implementations, and finding ways to make our teams more productive and collaborative
- A love for fueling a world class candidate and employee experience
- Commitment to handling confidential candidate and employee information with trust, diligence, and sensitivity
- Excellent organizational and administration skills, experience with Google Drive, Gmail, and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
