As a People Operations Associate, you will play an integral role in supporting our fast-growing, global organization and ensuring that all things People Ops runs smoothly. You know that no detail is too small and will ensure that nothing falls through the cracks in all of the processes that you will manage.

A Day in Your Life:

  • Manage many processes that are key to our employees having a seamless experience, including onboarding and offboarding, benefits, payroll, leave of absence, HR systems, data & analytics, event planning, and policies for our employees.
  • You will create a great experience for all of our US employees by thoughtfully handling questions related to our processes and programs. You will become a trusted partner, building strong cross-functional relationships with our team.
  • You will improve the employee experience by owning all People Operations matters. You identify areas of improvement and proactively suggest better ways for us to perform our jobs.
  • You will work collaboratively with the People Ops team on all people and culture initiatives including happy hours, event planning, employee celebrations, anniversary, new hire swag orders, and more.
  • You will ensure all employee data in our HRIS systems, i.e. BambooHR, TriNet is accurate and up to date for new hires and existing employees. 
  • You will openly partner with our People Business Partners and People Operations team on all projects and initiatives focused on the employee experience.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience with a preference for prior Administrative, HR Coordination or Operations experience. Experience in a professional environment interacting with all levels of employees including senior leaders and executives. Prior experience in a high-growth fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Collaborator: You are passionate about working with different teams and people to achieve a shared goal. You understand the importance of strong communication, consistent updates, and follow-up to ensure alignment and goal completion. 
  • Resourceful: You’re empathetic and resourceful. You don’t always have the answer to everything but know where to find it or can point people in the right direction. You are a natural problem solver and enjoy helping others and helping them succeed.
  • Detail-oriented: You are laser-focused with strong attention to even the smallest details. You take pride in providing only the highest quality work products.   
  • Highly organized: You are organized and multitasking comes naturally to you. You know how to operate autonomously while managing competing priorities. You also know the importance of having excellent follow up skills.
  • People focused: You are friendly, positive, and always professional. You are enthusiastic and take initiative to solve problems and lend a hand. You show empathy and enjoy dealing with many different types and levels of employees on a daily basis. You have good judgment and always handle sensitive information and situations with the utmost discretion.
