People Operations Coordinator

Our NY team is expected to grow by over 100% this year and we're looking for a self-motivated, resourceful coordinator to join our People Operations team. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, the scope of this role will touch on everything from Talent Acquisition, to HR initiatives, to culture and events, to office management and more. This exciting role is perfect for someone looking to launch their career in People Ops.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR or Office Management
- Prior experience in a startup/SaaS environment preferred
- Organized, structured and detail oriented
- Capable of multi-tasking assignments that often vary in scale and scope
- Proactive and completes tasks with a sense of urgency
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
What you’ll get to do with us:
Talent Acquisition
- Work with recruiters through the entire recruiting process including: creating job descriptions, scheduling and coordinating interviews, organizing travel, sending candidate assignments, managing workflows in ATS & preparing offer letters.
- Ensure white-glove hiring manager and candidate service.
- Assist in sourcing/research for positions.
HR
- Assist with the implementation of all HR policies or procedures across the organization.
- Assist with the new hire onboarding (background checks and data entry to system access and benefits orientations).
- Assist with payroll and benefits through our PEO.
Office Management
- Manage all weekly orders to the office, including office supplies, snacks, drinks, etc.
- Coordinate travel for all employees including flights, hotels & ground transportation and prepare travel expense reports accordingly.
- Manage conference room bookings
