People Operations Coordinator

We are looking for someone eager to dive in and learn the world of People Operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations, based in New York you will have the opportunity to provide a meaningful and tangible impact on the quality of people’s experience at work across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintain and update data within our HRIS (Bamboo) and across other systems (ADP, Sapling) ensuring a high degree of accuracy
- Partner with the Employee Experience team to ensure an amazing onboarding experience
- Handle all visa applications, transfers and renewals with our immigration attorneys
- Understand and translate our benefit offerings (e.g. health benefits, 401(k), etc.) to employees accurately
- Provide high touch support to employees by responding to questions quickly with a friendly and helpful approach
- Respond to requests for employment verifications and unemployment claims
- Manage employee files and upload new hire documentation
- Assist with ad-hoc projects within the People Team
