Summary of Job’s Purpose:
The People Operations Coordinator is an integral part of supporting the day-to-day functions of the People Operations team including Human Resources, Recruiting, and Office Operations.

The Position:

Human Resources:

  • Manage Employee personnel files – creation, managing, and maintaining
  • Prepare documents related to compensation changes, promotions, transfers, employment verifications, etc.

  • Update all HR platforms with employee changes; maintain organizational chart and HRIS database

  • Process all new hire paperwork, schedule orientation, and all other administrative functions for the new hire experience

  • Act as first line of support for inquiries about policies, benefits, payroll and other employee relations topics

  • Work with the Manager, People Operations and Manager, Employee Experience to handle all administrative tasks for VISA sponsorship

  • Use HRIS database to prepare reports

  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as needed

Recruiting:

  • Support Director, Talent Acquisition in administrative tasks: scheduling interviews, printing and distributing resumes, distributing and collecting interview packets, greeting candidates and escorting them to the interview site

  • Support sourcing efforts for open roles as needed

  • Calendar all internal trainings related to HR or Learning & Development

Office Operations:

  • Assist Office Manager in daily tasks – mail distribution, delivery acceptance, conference room management, etc.

  • Greet all guests and alert the host when they arrive

  • Support in all culture initiatives

The Requirements:

  • Entry level position – 0-1 years’ experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong organization skills

  • Ability to multitask and pivot with the needs of the business

  • Customer service oriented – positive attitude a must

  • Discretion handling confidential information

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization from interns to executives

  • Act as a People Operations ambassador for both internal and external client groups

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite & DropBox
