Role
We’re seeking an experienced and driven People Operations Coordinator to support the Head of People Operations. This role requires superior initiative, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority requests while interfacing professionally with people inside and outside of the organization
Your primary mission is to help keep internal and external stakeholders happy and up to date. You will work to preserve the sense of community and make everyone feel part of the team. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining a data driven exceptional candidate and new hire experience, to drive the Trail of Bits brand in the industry. The ideal candidate possesses a ‘no task too small, no task too big’ attitude, is naturally empathetic, and proactively owns and solves problems.
Responsibilities
- Help build and maintain new and exciting people programs, processes, resources, training and tools to continually improve the employee experience.
- Participate in developing, running and improving all people operation programs, including, but not limited to: the internship program, onboarding, international and domestic hiring, data analytics, compensation analysis, engagement surveys, OKR's, performance, training, DE&I etc.
- Perform high-level program analysis utilizing hiring, survey, and market data.
- Maintain people data across HR and internal systems and implement steps to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Act as the main point of contact for international hiring partners and employees.
- Collaborate to continually update and maintain the employee handbook, internal tools, standardized operating procedures, documentation, policies and other training collateral.
- Create new partnerships and manage existing relationships with industry groups, colleges, universities and student organizations to position Trail of Bits brand as a top employer of choice.
- Interact via email and Slack with internal stakeholders, employees, new hires and candidates to answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage other ad hoc operational and administrative functions such as data entry, contract management, email correspondence, documentation and other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a people operations specialist, talent acquisition coordinator, or similar HR/talent role.
- Familiarity with US, Canada and international benefits administration required.
- Experience with international hiring, onboarding & compliance required.
- Experience managing and analyzing large people data sets within core HR systems (Lever, Excel, Google Sheets) required.
- Enthusiastic about candidate experience and team success.
- Ability to solve difficult problems; develops creative solutions; identify key issues/problems through analysis and questions.
- Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment with continual demands and changing priorities.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Slack.
- Experience with various HR systems including Lever strongly encouraged.
