Noom has offices in New York City, Seoul and Tokyo. We were also the first fully digital provider of the National Diabetes Prevention Program to achieve full program recognition from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

We are headquartered in New York City with international offices in Tokyo and Seoul and more than 200 employees worldwide. As our US team grows, we are looking for a full-time candidate to join our Operations team. You will work closely with senior staff and play a key role facilitating Operations, Finance and Human Resources procedures, processes and managing a range of general responsibilities.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Supporting bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll prep and processing
  • Maintaining HRIS and payroll records
  • Setting up, maintaining and filing Employer state taxes in multiple US states
  • Responding to information requests regarding payroll, benefits and company HR policies
  • Supporting annual financial audit
  • General bookkeeping - AP, AR and monthly bank reconciliation
  • Maintaining policies, procedures and controls for finances
  • Scheduling travel and meetings for C-Level team members
  • Finding ways to improve and boost employee productivity and happiness
  • Office management - sort packages, maintain supply inventories, schedule repairs, upkeep of corporate apartment, greet and host office guests
  • A million other things

  • Tech savvy (especially with Excel)
  • Experience with bookkeeping software (Quickbooks Online a plus)
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll software (Namely a plus)
  • Previous Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or Operations experience
  • 2-4 years professional experience
