As a People Partner at Bluecore, you’ll be a balanced advocate for our culture, our people and our business. You will be responsible for driving Bluecore’s people practices and play a key role in building and executing our people strategy, supporting our managers as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and guide managers and employees on all things people related, including benefits, employee relations and investigations, performance, career development and engagement
  • Build new, and iterate on, existing people initiatives, programs and processes, including performance & development, recognition, training, remote first culture and more!
  • Handle general employee relations issues and investigations, including performance improvement plans, employee inquiries, employee exits and offboarding
  • Provide subject matter expertise on employment laws and their application as well as engaging with external counsel as necessary
  • Successfully shepherd the organization through critical cycles such as merit, annual and mid-year reviews, quarterly promotions, calibration and Pulse surveys 
  • Be the go-to resource on benefits and perks, partnering with People Ops on renewals and plan design as well as resolving issues and inquiries both with employees and with service providers
  • Provides thought leadership and actively engages in external HR forums including investor communities, SHRM, POPs, etc., to bring insights and best practices to Bluecore
  • Promote Bluecore’s brand as a destination workplace through external networks and social media
  • Coordinate with outside counsel on immigration related matters, such as visas, US work Authorizations, etc.
  • Partner with client groups and internal stakeholders on people related projects including career pathing, organizational design / changes, etc.
  • Support and partners with people team on culture, engagement, DEI, learning and special projects/initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology, Master’s preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience in HR/People Operations, with at least 2 years of Generalist experience (PHR/SPHR a plus).
  • Employee Relations experience that is objective, thorough, diplomatic and discrete
  • Demonstrated experience across full life-cycle HR functions (e.g., performance and development, compensation, benefits and employee relations)
  • Proven ability to partner and influence across diverse groups and experience levels
  • Excellent relationship building capabilities with a keen ability to coach and guide. Mature professional judgment which is both discrete and diplomatic is vital
  • Proven track record of identifying people problems and using strategic skills to drive and influence appropriate solutions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Progressive solution-oriented HR acumen with demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices
  • Results driven and comprehensive approach to managing all HR processes autonomously from end to end; both administrative to highly strategic
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity
