People Partner
We want to make Ribbon the best career decision anyone has ever made - and we need to scale our People programs to achieve our goal. We’re looking for an energetic People leader who is excited at the prospect of developing, launching and implementing thoughtful, inclusive, and effective people programs. This role will require you to build strong partnerships with leaders to help a quickly growing organization mature its approach in the People space. If you’re looking to build foundational partnerships with leaders and enjoy moving quickly for maximum impact, this role will provide that opportunity.

Your day-to-day
- Develop, launch and implement people programs across the scope of the entire People function, focused on making Ribbon the best career decision anyone (including you) has ever made
- Build strong partnerships with leaders and people managers to understand their strategy, pain points and organizational design needs and how we can help them
- Coach business leaders and team members across various aspects of the employee life cycle
- Partner with the business to deliver our overall People, DEI and Talent Management strategies
- Work on special projects with our leaders to build inspiring and effective people practices that enable Ribbon to be the best career decision anyone has ever made
