Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the People Partner will help drive our people strategy and support our technology business unit. We are looking for a solutions-oriented change agent with a range of experience across the people function. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced growth environment where they can simultaneously build and execute people initiatives and programs.

What You Will Do:

  • Help drive the implementation of our people strategy through various programs and initiatives
  • Act as the People Partner for the technology business unit
  • Own and drive key strategic people projects (e.g., onboarding)
  • Analyze people data and metrics and extrapolate meaningful information to gather insights and develop actions
  • Understand dynamics and key business priorities of client group in order to coach functional business leaders on effectively managing and leading their organizations
  • Advocate and offer guidance and counseling to employees in a timely, dedicated and positive manner
  • Provide thought leadership to functional business leaders regarding change management, organization assessment and how to utilize talent tools and resources to create an effective team/function/organization
  • Improve the alignment of performance management, compensation, organizational development, and employee retention initiatives
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and/or projects with multiple workstreams that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit and everything in between

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree
  • Outstanding organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities 
  • Comfort and ease with ambiguity
  • Innate drive and motivation to excel and find continuous improvement 
  • Proficiency, knowledge, and experience across HR, including employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, policy administration, workers compensation, and talent management and development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including leadership, influencing, and relationship-building
  • Experience in coaching and providing training for business partners and managers
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, including group facilitation and presentation skills

We are located in the Chelsea neighborhood on Manhattan's west side. Chelsea is the primary art district within the borough.
