Your team:The People & Talent team live at the center of Ribbon’s culture. We have the unique opportunity to recruit, excite, and celebrate amazing people from all walks of life. This role is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for talent acquisition and wants to be challenged in a hyper-growth environment. How you'll help make homeownership achievable:

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for new hires
• Pair with Recruiting Coordinators with day-to-day interview scheduling requests & candidate debriefs
• Help with auditing various People-function processes (I-9 verification, etc.)
• Review employee engagement survey feedback
• Help plan company and intern events
• Aid in special projects to further initiatives for the People & Talent Acquisition teams

What we're looking for:

• If attending college or university, you are graduating between May 2022 and May 2024
• Interest and passion for Ribbon’s mission
