Program Coordinator, Emerging Talent

As the Emerging Talent Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping create, execute and deliver a best-in-class internship program experience. This individual will have a bias for action and will take joy from designing and delivering inclusive content and programming which will engage, enrich and prepare our IAScholars with the tools they need to be successful as they transition from the classroom to the office. This program is designed to create the path for Integral Ad Science’s future leaders and you will be a part of its success.
What you’ll get to do:
- Manage job posts and candidate stages in our Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites and job boards
- Plan, lead and attend recruiting events to help pipeline diverse emerging talent
- Assist in building, maintaining, and establishing relationships with diverse recruitment partnerships
- Assist in recruiting efforts for the IAScholars intern program
- Keep new intern hires engaged from hire date to program end date
- Partner with HR Operations and Talent Development to ensure a smooth onboarding/offboarding experience for interns
- Help build programming for a global presence
- Reinforce our commitment to DEI
- Partner with other team members to improve and streamline processes as needed
- Assist with updating/facilitating interview and program training including other Talent Acquisition training initiatives and opportunities
You should apply if you have most of this experience:
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience
- 0-3 years of experience in a Recruiting or Talent Acquisition function
- Analytical skills as well as oral and written skills to communicate in a concise, straightforward way
- Proficient in G-Suite, Slack, LinkedIn and other web based technologies
- Self-starter who can excel in a demanding, fluid, and fast-paced environment
- Exhibits curiosity, rigor, and passion towards structuring the approach and driving analyses and conclusions around complex business questions and market opportunities
