ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an exceptionally driven individual to help build our hiring pipeline. You will be looking for ambitious talent across multiple verticals.

Help us lessen the gray and reduce chaos by streamlining processes, contributing to the recruiting infrastructure!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

● Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US offices

● Collaborate hiring managers and stakeholders to create or revise the ideal candidate profile

● Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor for Revolut’s critical teams with a continuous understanding of the talent pools and facilitate a pipeline for future needs

● Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates; sell Revolut as an employer

● Drive the offer process

● Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience

● Collaborate with Hiring Managers to meet their needs and be a subject-matter expert for them

● Implement modern sourcing/recruiting methods

● Be an influential member of our founding US team!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

● 5+ years of strong experience within talent acquisition/recruiting

● Ability to plan and execute with high attention to detail

● Experience at a fast pace, hypergrowth startup and/or agency

● Strong boolean skills, experience with various sourcing platforms, and job boards

● Data-driven, experience with analytics dashboards

● Strong influence and outreach abilities in the tech, fintech, or financial industries

● Exceptional organizational skills and market knowledge

● Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

● Experience working with senior stakeholders

● Highly ambitious, self-motivated and passionate about our vision
