The Role
Mission-critical to our growth is our high-performing recruiting organization. Reporting directly to Reorg’s Global Head of People, we seek an experienced full-cycle recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent across our Commercial (Sales, Account Management, CSM, Marketing, etc.), Product, Technology, and Corporate functions globally. With as much strategy and process to build as roles to fill, this is a unique and multi-faceted opportunity for an individual-contributing recruiter who seeks a role that will stretch them into future leader. Responsibilities
- Partnering with the People and Marketing Teams to develop a winning talent brand, employment value proposition, and talent-marketing materials.
- Partnering with the People Team and stakeholders across the business on headcount planning.
- Owning full-cycle requisitions: from intake to close.
- Developing and executing highly effective, multi-channel sourcing strategies.
- Expertly assessing talent and developing the same capability in our interviewers.
- Developing and negotiating competitive offers.
- Building scalable processes and best practices and driving consistency across the organization.
- Helping to develop our data and reporting for constituency management and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Has 5+ years of recruitment experience.
- Has 3+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruitment experience in a rapidly growing technology/SaaS business (ideally, $25m ARR+ and global). Fintech experience preferred.
- Has recruited Commercial, Product, and Technology roles.
- Has partnered directly with hiring managers across all levels of seniority.
- Has developed and rolled out process and best practice to scale and support recruiting.
- Has expert knowledge and experience using a variety of active and passive sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Has used an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management and reporting, with experience in basic ATS configuration. Some familiarity with Lever preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
