We are looking for a recruiter to help Clyde continue to grow. As a Recruiter, you will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and help to implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for the Clyde team. You will help shape the future of our company and enhance Clyde's effort to attract, recruit, and retain diverse talent.

You will...

  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles, such as Sales, Product, Marketing; from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews to extending offers
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers across the organization to develop a deep understanding of team functions and needs
  • Continuously find opportunities to relentlessly improve and fine tune process to deliver best-in-class candidate experience
  • Work with the Talent Team to develop innovative recruiting and sourcing strategies that realize diversity, inclusion, and talent for Clyde
  • Work on cross-functional project work and participate in recruiting events as needed

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of identifying and assessing top talent
  • Sourcing experience using a variety of tools--LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable
  • Experience coordinating and partnering with internal hiring managers and external recruiting firms
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the Clyde mission and values to candidates
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
