We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to help scale our team with top-notch talent. As an ambassador of OkCupid, you will partner closely with Hiring Managers across all departments to attract, select and sign stellar candidates, and provide them with an outstanding experience throughout the hiring process.

What You'll be Doing

• Manage multiple roles at a time ranging from Engineering, Product, Marketing to Trust & Safety and perform the full life-cycle recruiting with ability to source, screen, interview and close candidates.
• Partner with leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenge where necessary to think differently and inclusively.
• Source a dynamic and diverse pool of candidates that have the potential to add value to OkCupid’s company and culture.
• Keep hiring managers, HR and leadership apprised on where candidates are in process.
• Maintain and manage all external agency relationships and contracts. 
• Measure performance metrics to drive continuous improvement including sourcing and recruiting strategies and partner with peers in the execution of these strategies
• Partner with the Match Group Recruiting Operations team to build processes and implement best practices for hiring that will improve and scale both the candidate and hiring team experience.
• Use creative techniques, skills, and experience to discover, identify, and attract the best talent in the Tech & Product field.
• Serve as an internally and externally-facing representative of OkCupid and our recruiting team

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of Recruiting experience and at least 2+ years of Technical Recruitment.
• You may not be a software engineer, but you'll know how talented engineers look for jobs. You can also play an active role in determining candidate fit by performing technical phone screens.
• Top notch, clear and empathetic communicator.
• Deep desire to hit goals.
• You are highly personable & professional with the discretion to handle confidential information.
• You maintain composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• You have strong organizational skills, demonstrate a high level of efficiency and ability to manage operations with precision & consistency.
• Strong client-service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Google platforms, Slack, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Lever.
