The Field Recruiter will report into CLEAR’s Regional People Director, joining the CLEAR Field People Team. You will play a critical role in the growth of our company. You will be the primary Recruiter for a virtual hourly workforce that operates our Customer Support function and will support in other verticals of the business as and when needed. You will be responsible for high volume recruiting, sourcing and screening top talent in select cities across the US, building out high-volume recruiting processes, building solid partnerships with hiring managers, and ensuring a flawless candidate experience.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and execute the full-cycle, high-volume recruitment process, in partnership with Field People Team and Hiring Managers, focused on hiring CLEAR virtual/remote hourly Member Care Specialist positions including but not limited to:
    • Provide a great candidate experience at each step of selection process
    • Manage job postings and support employer branding efforts/advertising strategies
    • Source and screen applicants for Member Care and Field Operations positions, track progress and schedule candidates throughout the interview process 
    • Create and send offer letters to candidates per company policy
    • Create, send and facilitate background checks and manage all active candidates in process
  • Manage all onboarding details for new hires from equipment delivery to orientation start and ongoing in the employee life cycle
  • Identify and implement creative and effective ways to attract top talent to CLEAR
  • Identify and optimize the best resources for sourcing talent
  • Implement processes that are repeatable and scalable for high-volume hiring
  • Identify and report on metrics for field recruiting that are actionable to improve recruiting or identify best practices to continue executing
  • Be an advisor to hiring managers and embed yourself in the field operations for key stakeholders and Member Care recruiting; reporting into the Field People Team
  • Share best practices and continually iterate and raise the bar on the fullcycl recruiting experience
  • Support Member Care in employee questions related to the entire employee lifecycle to include areas like benefits and terminations

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 1-2 years in a high volume recruiting position
  • You are metrics-minded and live in recruiting data
  • Thorough understanding of sourcing methods, interviewing skills, channels and onboarding
  • Good understanding of various ATS systems, experience in optimizing and leveraging an ATS and HRIS (Greenhouse and Ultipro a plus)
  • Knowledgeable of on-line hiring practices, behavioral interview and assessment techniques, tracking and managing the candidate pipeline, and recruiting metrics
  • Strong team player with a collaborative work style
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership with strong work ethic and follow through skills and an understanding of sense of urgency 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable communicating with various levels of the organization
  • Advanced computer skills including Google Suite and Microsoft Office Applications, scheduling products, and conferencing systems a plus
