Job Description
We are looking for a recruiter to help grow our Go-to-Market teams at Attune. You would be a strong partner to our Sales, Operations, Business Development, Customer Success, and related functions, helping them to reach vital business goals by getting the best talent onto their teams. Our recruiting team is small but mighty, and has built tremendous trust with hiring managers by delivering results. You will help shape the future of our company and enhance Attune's effort to attract, recruit, and retain diverse talent.
Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
  • Identify and build relevant metrics to evaluate effectiveness, improve processes, and make sound decisions
  • Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance, and others to scale hiring across the company.
  • Creatively source top talent, market roles to passive candidates, and effectively pitch candidates on Attune's mission and core values.
  • Build diverse pipelines and share relevant data and information internally so we can take action to continuously improve.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and talent market conditions, so you can be a knowledgeable advisor and use those insights to make informed decisions.
  • Partner with People Ops to make sure our culture and tangibles are aligned.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an in-house role
  • Experience sourcing and closing profiles ranging from entry level to senior management positions
  • Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
  • Ability to operate well in a fast moving environment and provide team clarity to ambiguous situations
  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environment
