Recruiter
ABOUT THE RIGHT TEAM MEMBER:
ClassPass is looking for a Recruiter to own full cycle recruiting for various business teams across the company. The right candidate has seen rapid growth, takes a fearless approach to sourcing and taps multiple channels to fill the candidate pipeline. You also have a deep passion for the companies you recruit for and serve as a true partner to your hiring teams to find the right long-term fits. You can screen through resumes, and within moments, identify incredible talent from mediocre talent. You have a 100% close rate with your offers, or at least close to it!
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of dedicated technical recruiting experience
- In-house experience a must
- Track record of building high caliber engineering teams, preferably at a fast growing technology company
- Strong understanding of common engineering terminology and development processes
- Ability to coach and guide hiring managers through a smooth recruiting process
- Incredible written and verbal communication skills
