JW Player is looking for an energetic, detail oriented Recruiter to join our team and generate a pipeline of sales, marketing and engineering talent. The ideal candidate will flourish fast-paced, dynamic environment while serving a key role in our team’s efforts to identify and engage the type of talent primed to make an impact for one of the most powerful video platforms on the web. 

In this role you will:

• Source qualified sales, marketing and engineering talent, with an emphasis on sales recruiting
• Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications match the open roles
• Coordinate with candidates, external recruiters, hiring managers and team members to schedule interviews and consistently move candidates through our pipeline
• Work closely with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure timely feedback and follow-up for all interviewed candidates
• Ensure excellent candidate experience - regardless of outcome
• Negotiate compensation and prepare offer letters for qualified candidates
• Conduct reference checks and all other applicable pre-offer tasks
• Collaborate with Director of Recruitment to refine our recruitment process

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience focused on sourcing sales, marketing, and engineering candidates within the tech, media or entertainment industries
• 1+ years In-House Recruitment Experience
• Experience using Internet recruiting methods and sourcing products
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree; or experience equivalent
• Experience managing high volume interview coordination and scheduling
• Able to speak to both technical and sales candidates and convey a clear employee value proposition
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Superior organizational skills, above-average attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication
• Positive attitude and passionate about their work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Technology, Media, Entertainment or Startup industry
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS, Linkedin Recruiter or similar recruiting tools
