As our first ever full-time recruiter, you will be responsible for hiring your own coworkers and building the systems and processes needed to scale a company-wide recruiting operation. The ideal candidate is ambitious, detail oriented, comfortable working in cross-functional teams, and passionate about Feather’s mission and the end user above all else.

You will:

• Actively source, recruit, and hire talent across the entire company, with a specialty focus on engineering and product
• Act as a full-cycle recruiter, sourcing candidates, vetting resumes, and managing the candidate pipeline throughout the interview process
• Work with internal managers to create clearly-defined job descriptions and offer letters
• Source and assess qualified candidates through active job postings, referrals, networking, and active sourcing
• Provide a positive experience for all candidates; manage candidate communication with poise
• Be an ambassador of the Feather brand, assisting with any recruiting events, projects, or recruitment related processes

You have:

• 2+ years experience recruiting for a startup or tech company (either in-house or at an agency)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Flexibility to work effectively on a variety of roles including but not limited to engineering, product, marketing, and business development
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and operationally complex organization
