The Role:
You will join a fast growing global Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment through the identification of external passive (and active) candidates for roles across our Sales and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial individual who wants to have a direct impact the growth of a firm, as well as on employees, globally. This role requires impeccable candidate experience responsibilities in addition to knowledge of recruitment methods and technologies.
Role Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting with a focus on Sales and Marketing roles (Sales Development, Account Executives, Customer Success, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, etc.)
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and goals
- Establish and build trust with hiring teams and stakeholders across the business
- Learn how each department within AlphaSense functions, and cater recruiting style to suit each hiring manager and area of the business
- Build and execute applicant sourcing strategies
- Provide a thoughtful, personal, and seamless candidate experience
- Be an ambassador of the AlphaSense brand, assisting with any recruiting events
- Achieve quarterly and yearly headcount goals
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Ability and willingness to work at a face paced startup environment
- Must have an entrepreneurial and self-sufficient mindset
- Knowledge and experience in full cycle recruitment
- Interest and passion to build a scaling team
- Ability to work with hiring managers to hit open headcount goals
- Working effortlessly to ensure each candidate has the best experience possible
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
