The ideal candidate is a sourcing pro, with a deep network in healthcare, and experience scaling Business Development & Client Services teams. Requirements
About the Role
The Recruiter will:
- Report to the Director of People Operations
- Full cycle recruit mid to senior level Sales, Marketing, and Client Services positions
- Source candidates and build BD and Healthcare candidate networks
- Build relationships with Public Health programs at colleges and universities across the East Coast
- Represent Healthify at career fairs, hiring events, and networking functions
- Collaborate across the organization to make hiring a essential competency of every employee
- Be held accountable to various hiring metrics including time to hire and time to fill
About You
- 3+ years experience recruiting in business development and healthcare
- A wide candidate network in both business development and healthcare
- Experience building a remote team
- Experience sourcing and connecting with candidates
- Enthusiastic, empathetic, and creative!
- Experience using and maintaining integrity inside an ATS
