What You Will Do:
Neverware is looking for a kind, thoughtful and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. We are a small yet growing organization with ambitious headcount growth plans. We need a dedicated professional to work on full lifecycle recruiting in all areas of the business, from Engineering to Sales, ensuring a top-of-class candidate experience throughout. This role is on the Operations team reporting to our Head of Talent.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and facilitate interviews for candidates across all departments, executing on Neverware’s unique hiring strategy and ensuring a high-touch experience for every candidate at each stage of the interview process
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, earning trust through demonstrated expertise in all things talent acquisition
Proactively source candidates through a variety of methods (i.e., digital, social media, events), building a consistent pipeline of talent for high priority and hard-to-fill positions
Administer ongoing Employment Branding initiatives (i.e. Management of LinkedIn careers page, Glassdoor, BuiltinNYC, etc.) and work with Head of Talent to identify new areas of opportunity
Gather and analyze data with useful recruitment metrics, like time to hire and team turnover rates, alongside the Head of Talent
Develop a deep understanding of the strategy, objectives, processes, culture, and skill needs of Neverware
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in a high-volume, sourcing-heavy staffing firm or in-house sourcing or recruiting support role
Proven boolean master and expertise with various recruiting platforms
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
