We are looking to hire a recruiter to help us attract top talent on the non-Engineering side of the business. As ActionIQ’s first non-technical recruiter, you will use data and creativity to attract talent in order to help our hiring managers build high performing, inclusive teams. We are looking for someone who has recruited for tech startups in a full-cycle capacity, and who has solid knowledge of the competitive landscape.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing for our Field and Business teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Engagement, etc.)
  • Work with the Head of People and the leadership team to build a recruiting process that scales with the company and leads to excellent candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a strong network of diverse candidates through multiple channels of engagement
  • Align with hiring managers to successfully drive the recruiting process and serve as a consultant and advisor on recruiting and industry trends
  • Partner with leaders to refine and promote our employer brand
  • Own and manage our Applicant Tracking System
  • Work to build a foundation for analytics in the recruiting space, allowing us to take a data driven approach to our talent decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Experience in the Tech startup space
  • A strong network from which to source candidates that extends beyond LinkedIn
  • Data and process-driven mindset
  • Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
  • Passion for building pipeline and strong closing skills

Nice to Have

  • MarTech-specific experience
  • Prior experience developing and delivering interview training to hiring teams
  • Led projects focused on employer brand development
