Position Overview
Catalyst is growing - and we need your help in doing so! We’re looking for a Recruiter with the drive, passion & experience to play a pivotal role in scaling our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, without compromising the white-glove candidate experience that we strive to provide. Reporting to Catalyst’s Manager, Recruiting, you will have a tremendous impact in establishing best practices and ensuring that both interviewers and candidates are set up for success.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and source quality candidates via multiple recruiting channels and techniques, including inbounds, proactive outreach, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess the candidate’s alignment both with the relevant role & with Catalyst’s overall values
- Autonomously manage multiple requisitions and candidates during high volume periods, while creating & maintaining an exceptional candidate experience
- Consistently track pipeline, priorities, performance data and other recruiting metrics to share with internal stakeholders
- Think outside of the box to create inclusive talent sourcing strategies that align with Catalyst’s mission and values
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within early-stage tech companies
- A proven track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates
- Strong sense of urgency, with the demonstrated ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes
- The desire to represent & embody Catalyst’s brand, both internally and externally
- Agility & collaboration - when goals change, you know when to take the lead and when to support the asks of your team
- Experience with Greenhouse (preferred)
