Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)
Hinge is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the team. Charged with owning candidate communications and ensuring each candidate has a best in class experience, the Recruiting Coordinator will be the binding of the Recruiting team. Managing candidate scheduling and logistics, you will partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to ensure candidate communications are shared and done in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities
- Manage job posts and candidate stages in our Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites and job boards.
- Liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the interview process so that it’s efficient, thorough, and positive for all involved
- Greet all interview candidates, providing a top-notch candidate experience.
- Plan and attend all recruiting events (in-house meetups, career fairs, etc.) to help pipeline new talent.
- Keep recruiting team and hiring managers on-point with your almost OCD-level organizational skills.

- You are able to support fast-paced recruitment activity in an ever-changing environment.
- You are multi-tasking guru - able to effectively prioritize projects.
- You know discretion is key - able to handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion.
- You have a genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and/or HR.

Objectives in the first three months
- Learn our hiring process and shepherd candidate through each of the stages.
- Work with Head of Talent to plan first hiring meetup for the year.
- Develop new innovative ways we can address candidate experience as an organization.
