Ribbon is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (Part-time, Contract) to play a critical role in building our team and fostering an amazing culture. As the Recruiting Coordinator you’ll own interview logistics and scheduling. You’ll help ensure that every candidate has a world-class experience with Ribbon, ensure that we are running a well-oiled recruiting machine. This role will average 15-25 hours per week for 6-8 weeks with flexibility depending on volume.
How you'll help make homeownership achievable:
- Represent Ribbon and provide an personalized, high touch experience to every candidate
- Schedule interviews and manage correspondence with candidates
- Keep a close eye on our candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system to make sure that nothing falls through the tracks
- Ensure all interview logistics go smoothly
- Collect feedback from interviewers
- Assist the team with projects on an ad-hoc basis
You have:
- 1 year of professional or internship experience, open to rising college seniors
- A passion for recruitment, people ops, and culture building
- A people-person attitude. You love meeting new people and are proud to represent the company to candidates
- A hyper-organized mindset and are excited about process building and improvement
- You are flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- An “owner” mentality. You take pride in providing a responsive, personable experience to our candidates and very rarely drop the ball
- Strong relationship builder. You’re able to build great relationships with hiring managers and other internal teams
Bonus Points!
- Experience with an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
- Experience with heavy and complex calendaring
