Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

What We Need
We’re looking for an on-going contract Recruiting Coordinator to work closely with our Talent Team, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates. As a key stakeholder interacting with prospective future Yieldmates, you’ll be an integral member of the Talent Team and ambassador to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be at the forefront of candidate experience, ensuring and supporting a smooth, world class process from start to finish. While not a guarantee, this role will have the opportunity to convert to full-time.
Responsibilities
- Help keep recruiting velocity at full throttle by managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Support the recruiting process by scheduling interviews and virtually hosting candidates
- Continue to build out and maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to keep candidates moving quickly through the pipeline
- Work on projects such as sourcing, initial phone screens, and streamlining the offer process as appropriate
Requirements
- Experience building out requisitions and interview flows in Greenhouse, as well as developing reports as needed
- Effective communication skills and a service orientated spirit with candidates and interviewers alike
- Experience supporting full cycle recruiters with your coordination and sourcing abilities
- Ownership mentality - you own the full candidate experience and take pride in your quality of work. You strive to make each candidate interaction a positive reflection of Yieldmo as a whole
- Working in fast paced, high growth environment preferred
- Open to giving and receiving feedback to improve yourself and others
- Ability to make strategic, timely decisions, and understand when to own a decision and when to involve others
- Outstanding people skills - high degree of empathy and great communicator (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to complete tasks quickly and with accuracy
