Recruiting Coordinator - Engineering Leadership

The Team:
The Technical Recruiting team at Datadog is responsible for scaling our Product and Engineering departments. Our recruiters are strategic business partners, matchmakers, sellers and marketeers, all wrapped into one. We contribute to the bottom line and have high visibility to leadership. We partner with our hiring managers to grow their teams with great people in multiple technical and business areas.
The Opportunity:
We’re experiencing tremendous growth, and need a Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the recruiting process for our Executive Engineering hires; you will be the face of recruiting at Datadog!
You Will:
- Own the full recruiting life cycle for global leadership engineering candidates
- Work closely with our Leadership Recruiters, Recruiting Agencies, and Executive Assistants to schedule interviews and design the candidate experience
- Working alongside recruiting agencies and EA’s
- Greet candidates, make them feel welcome, and ensure on-site interviews go smoothly
- Help track candidate progress from initial contact through offer
- Build out our administrative tools to make sure the recruiting process is seamless for current employees and candidates alike
Requirements:
- 2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be a team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
- Incredible organizational skills; superb attention to detail
- Flexibility: able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat; comfortable working with ambiguity
- Creativity and is process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
- Ability to connect and interact with different types of people
