Our Talent Operations Team is looking to hire a manager to help us build and optimize a best-in-class recruiting coordination function. This person will guide and grow a team of up to 12 RCs, both helping them on the ground to problem solve and managing their growth and performance. The RC Lead will be a key player in improving upon our day-to-day scheduling processes and tools to maximize hiring efficiency and craft a positive candidate experience. They will collaborate with cross-departmental leaders at all levels and analyze and escalate interview trends, directly impacting our ability to hire top talent.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as a day-to-day resource of the RC team, helping to problem solve, de-bottleneck, and train while reporting on larger trends to the Candidate Experience Lead.
  • Review and approve req interview processes and set them up for scheduling in our tools.
  • Manage information in Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse). Act as the primary manager of our Automated Scheduling Tool (GoodTime).
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships at all levels (Hiring Managers, Recruiting, EAs, Executive Leadership, etc.) while having the confidence to hold them accountable for process adherence
  • Recommend and drive process improvements in high-volume systems
  • Lead select larger talent ops projects (e.g. executive scheduling process, overseeing interviewer training) 
  • Monitor and drive capacity planning to prepare for jumps in candidate volume and balance the team’s workload
  • Maintain a high bar for professionalism, clear communication, responsiveness and efficiency to create an excellent hiring experience 
  • As part of a team-wide effort, contribute to the documentation of our processes.


What We’re Looking for

  • 3-5 years of coordination experience, 1-2 years management experience
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills 
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with senior leaders in a corporate environment 
  • Robust problem solving skills - you can fix any last-minute issues without breaking a sweat. You can anticipate and mitigate issues before they arise.
  • A strategic, big picture mindset matched with impeccable attention to detail 
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in an evolving and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to independently sort through ambiguity to make quick, educated decisions
  • Strong analytic skills
  • A high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Experience and interest in managing people and building teams.
  • Experience with Greenhouse and GoodTime strongly preferred
  • Though we are currently 100% remote to protect everyone’s health during COVID-19, this person must be available to work in-office 2-3 days a week once it fully reopens.
