The Recruiting Team  is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team! You will be the front line contact for candidates interviewing with us as well as interacting with hiring managers, including the executive leadership team. This coordinator will also handle scheduling for all executive-level roles.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll get to: 

• Coordinate a high volume of complex interviews across multiple departments
• Own coordination of all executive level roles
• Interface deeply and strategically with executives across Paxos, including the CEO
• Provide full lifecycle recruitment support for a team of recruiters, including scheduling candidate interviews and utilizing and updating the ATS
• Update recruiting activities in real-time on the recruitment ATS
• Run reports, compile data, and prepare presentations as requested
• Organize internal recruiting initiatives 
• Offer front line support to candidates through their interview process 
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure we are constantly improving our recruiting processes 
• Immerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises and investors, our regulation-first approach, and more!

Your experience should include:

• 2+ years of coordinating in a high volume environment
• Executive communication skills, professionalism, and presence
• Experience with Greenhouse
• A strong bias for detail, organization and action
• A customer service mindset to ensure a great experience for candidate
• Strong communication skills, ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly.
