ROLE

As the Recruiting Coordinator you will play a leading role in creatively identifying and engaging talent, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization. The role will partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition on improving candidate candidate experience and working on employer branding projects!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering a meaningful experience to hiring managers, interviewers & candidates involved in the recruitment process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews in a timely manner.
  • Lead ad hoc situations related to recruitment related activities.
  • Advise the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers in how we make for a positive candidate experience.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably, you have a Bachelor Degree.
  • You are a motivated team player looking to get into HR or Recruitment.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • You are passionate about improving existing processes.
  • You are highly organized and have an eye for details.
  • Adaptable to constant change and hence you are flexible and skilled at multitasking.
  • You have a sound sense of urgency and like getting things done.
  • You are a self-starter, curious and always willing to step in to help the team.
