We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us organize, design, and execute the logistical aspects required while crafting an exceptional culture and candidate experience. This person will work closely with the talent team and our hiring managers to ensure that our recruitment process is running smoothly as we scale. We are not looking for someone who just clicks buttons and writes emails but someone who understands how communication and organization impacts people’s experiences both internally and externally.

Your day-to-day at Ribbon:
- Own the scheduling of phone, video and onsite interviews- no calendar or interview plan is too tough!
- Manage candidate flow and tracking candidates throughout the interview process via our ATS
- Manage multiple systems (Lever, Slack, Zoom, etc) to maintain data hygiene, communicate progress, and provide transparency and credibility with candidates.
- Build solid relationships with hiring managers, being a thought-partner and providing solutions around interview logistics and keeping them informed as needed.
- Participate in recruiting events and cross-functional projects as needed.
