Galileo is looking for a recruiting coordinator to support our hiring goals across all our corporate and patient-facing teams.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Schedule, coordinate and facilitate interviews for candidates and work closely with recruiters to design the candidate experience
- Support recruiting needs across the business, including corporate and patient-facing functions, working closely with hiring managers and interview teams in multiple departments
- Ensure outstanding candidate experiences and serve as an external ambassador for Galileo
- Work closely with recruiters to improve existing programs and processes to innovate on candidate experience, finding top talent and internal interview engagement
- Build out and manage reqs, candidate communication, templates, data and reporting in the ATS (Greenhouse)
- Manage and track candidates throughout the process in partnership with recruiters
We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Experience with in a high volume recruiting coordinator or position
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in owning day to day responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to quickly prioritize work from various stakeholders
- Desire to make a difference in healthcare and to be surrounded by a like-minded, mission-oriented team
