To help us hit our huge growth goals, we are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our fun, scrappy, passionate, and growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to play a critical role throughout the recruitment process. In this role you'll be the face of Transfix, helping to schedule interviews while creating a warm and memorable experience for all of our candidates.

What You'll Do in this Role:

  • Be the primary go-to for all scheduling and logistics needs for our candidates ... you'll often be the face of our team and therefore a powerfully important representative of Transfix!
  • Partner closely with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to manage high volume scheduling and rescheduling interviews, organizing candidate travel (once it's safe), and managing conference rooms
  • Create an outstanding candidate experience for in-person interviews by being the main point of contact for candidates from when they arrive until when they leave
  • Analyze recruiting data to help drive a more efficient and effective recruiting process and continuously ensure a high level of data integrity within our ATS (Lever)
  • Evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement in our hiring process and candidate experience
  • Partner closely with our Director of Talent Acquisition and the TA team to evaluate and implement creative solutions to bolster our recruiting efforts and improve our employer branding efforts
  • Help to create, maintain, and manage recruiting documentation and collateral including recruiting marketing materials, recruiting best practices, and other ad hoc recruiting projects
  • Partner with People team on Talent Acquisition related and ad hoc initiatives related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ), Onboarding, Early Employee Experience, and so much more

How You Know this Role is For You:

  • You have at least 1 year of professional experience, ideally in an administrative capacity such as Recruiting, Administrative, or Sales coordination
  • You love solving problems and completing puzzles; scheduling in a fast-paced environment with lots of stakeholders is like playing a game of Tetris, and this sounds fun to you
  • You live for the details... because you know they are what makes a perfect big picture
  • You love people! You're happy when you know others are happy and you had something to do with it.
  • You are confident and comfortable communicating with a wide range people at all levels with many different backgrounds.
  • You're excited about the idea of growing a career in Recruiting... after all, you'll spend your time connecting talented people with great opportunities!
  • You're scrappy, autonomous, love to move fast, and are unafraid to jump in and take (smart) risks
  • You've got some familiarity with Google Suite, specifically, Google Calendar
  • You pick things up fast, and/or you have experience with an ATS (we use Lever here)
  • You've got your Bachelor's degree... or you've been to the school of hard knocks and many of the bullets above are speaking to you

Location

Transfix's NYC HQ is steps from the Oculus and Fulton Center, with access to subway train lines. We are close to tons of restaurants, shops. We are on the top floor so have wonderful light and breathtaking views, including a spectacular view of One World Trade from our outdoor rooftop deck!
