What the Role Is:

Socure continues to invest in new talent to join high performing teams across all parts of our organization, To support this growth, our Talent Acquisition team is expanding to include a Recruiting Coordinator. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be a key member of the People Ops team  and play a critical role in scaling Socure as we grow.  You’ll coordinate each step of the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Socure’s Talent Acquisition team is part of the People Ops organization and we pride ourselves on teamwork, driving outcomes, our commitment to candidate experience, and contributing to Socure’s mission to eliminate identity fraud. 

This position is based remotely in the US with a preference for Eastern time zone.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with Senior Recruiters and other stakeholders to craft and execute a seamless and exceptional hiring experience
• Initiate and manage logistics throughout the candidate journey, from early outreach to coordinating virtual interviews (and onsite visits if applicable)
• Cultivate strong relationships with interview teams and candidates, and ensure regular touch points throughout the recruiting process
• Help to continuously improve recruiting processes; participate in operational initiatives
• Support Recruiters to update and audit records within Greenhouse (our applicant tracking system);  help Recruiters provide accurate pipeline reports to key partners
• Support the People Ops team in strategy and execution of industry events, university programs, and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Ensure interviewers and hiring managers provide feedback and make timely decisions on candidates
• Perform other recruiting-related responsibilities, as needed

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience in coordination, administrative, or recruiting support role
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS; a penchant for database hygiene and attention to detail 
• Sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (start up experience is a plus!)
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change - things change often and we need someone who can adapt quickly and demonstrates resilience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
