About the Role: The Recruiting Coordinator is a tech savvy, organized, quick-learner and quick-thinker who is team-focused and analytical.  The Recruiting Coordinator is a critical member of The People Team responsible for keeping candidate pipelines moving by partnering with Hiring Managers and helping to build a championship team

This position will be based in New York City, and will be required to come into the office at least once a quarter. 

Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of the Recruiting process including working with recruiters and hiring managers and leading candidates through the recruiting process
• Post roles and set up hiring plan Templates in Greenhouse (ATS).  
• Schedule phone and video interviews for multiple candidates
• Manage a high volume pipeline of candidates through the applicant tracking system and ensure hiring manager feedback is submitted promptly
• Send weekly status report to management
• Pull pipeline reports via Greenhouse and sharing with stakeholders
• Maintain the the applicant tracking system, ensuring all the information is up to date 
• Deliver a positive recruiting experience for all candidates and be a brand ambassador for LeagueApps

Requirements

• 1 Year of Recruiting Coordinator experience
• Interest in a career within Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
• Bachelors Degree required
• Experience with Greenhouse, or an applicant tracking system 
• Highly organized and strong prioritization skills
• Experience with scheduling and administrative tasks strongly preferred
• High-energy with a team oriented mindset
