The Role
The LeafLink Team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent team as a contractor. You will be the point person in ensuring a remarkable candidate experience for everyone who goes through our interview process. You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and don’t mind picking up the phone to get the job done. Responsibilities include coordinating remote interviews with multiple stakeholders across various time zones, with a high standard of communication and follow-through that will build trust with hiring managers, employees, and recruiting partners. This role will get awesome exposure to the entire recruiting process, with the potential of joining us as a permanent employee.
Responsibilities
- Schedule all interviews across multiple timezones for either technical or corporate roles
- Solve any last minute interview schedule changes with urgency
- Maintain data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Support implementation of scheduling tools and processes to improve efficiency
- Partner with Executive Admins to schedule internal debriefs and recruiting-related meetings
- Provide updates and visibility to recruitment partners to ensure transparency and accuracy
- Collaborate with Sourcers to provide best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience
- Support the Talent Acquisition team and wear multiple hats
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting coordination, project coordination or administrative experience.
- Start-up experience is a plus!
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Highly organized, with a keen eye for details.
- Experience with Greenhouse is a plus!
- Superior work ethic and proven history of time management.
- A positive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Team-player with a ‘no task too small’ attitude.
