Job Description
MarketAxess is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to proactively support our team to ensure a seamless candidate experience across experienced and campus recruiting. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of our goals and has the drive to make an impact. You will be an integral part of the internal and externally-focused Human Resources experience. If this role sounds like what you’ve been looking for, then apply today!
What You’ll Do
- Posting jobs on MarketAxess website, LinkedIn, Handshake and other job boards
- Utilize SmartRecruiters (ATS) to review candidates and update their candidacy as they move through the process
- Manage interview scheduling for experienced and campus hires, including Super Days
- Utilize HackerRank to send test and schedule interviews
- Campus Recruiting efforts including (but not limited to):
- Register for career fairs
- Help to plan community service and social events
- Help with ordering merchandise giveaways, and gifts
- Help to organize and schedule on-boarding week for interns and analyst classes
- Process reimbursements for interview candidates as required
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting as needed
- Assist with special projects as needed
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field
- 1 – 2 years supporting a Recruiting or Human Resources function
- Superior attention to detail, organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem solving skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic, professional demeanor and ability to interact with all levels
- A team-player; always open to offer innovative and constructive ideas to continue our team's success and efficiency
- Able to think creatively
- Strong MS office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
