About You:

You are highly proactive, highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks throughout the day,   and self-motivated. You have a strong interest in recruiting and are eager to learn! You have previous experience in a fast paced, high volume environment. Recruiting agencies or a corporate environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling, facilitating, and coordinating interviews for hiring teams while ensuring consistent momentum for the candidate
  • Maintain the daily functions of the sales recruiting department
  • Work Closely with hiring managers
  • Create offer templates and assist with reference checks
  • Deliver a high quality candidate experience to every candidate
  • Ensure all job postings are updated and accurate
  • Monitor the candidate pipeline daily through our ATS platform - GreenHouse
  • Support the entire candidate journey
  • Addressing candidate questions and being first point of contact
  • Assist with ad hoc projects

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience in recruiting related role, Human Resources or administrative
  • Experience handling a large volume scheduling and other tasks
  • Strong communication skills and great organizational skills a must 
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Able to prioritize your tasks in an ever-changing fast paced and high-growth startup environment
  • Strong team player who demonstrates interest and ability in contributing to the recruiting team and company’s success
