The Recruiting Operations Coordinator will play a key role in driving Quartet’s human capital growth. This person must be highly organized and adept at maneuvering challenging calendars to schedule onsite interview panels at Quartet. This person will also be responsible for a number of aspects related to Recruiting Operations, including maintaining our Applicant Tracking System and using data to drive better recruiting processes and decision-making. The Recruiting Operations Coordinator should also be an excellent ambassador for Quartet and ensure that candidates have a consistently exceptional experience when visiting us.

  • Align the calendars of Quartet interviewers and hiring managers to schedule candidate onsites
  • Retrieve data from our Applicant Tracking System to determine how well the team is performing against key metrics
  • Serve as the face of Quartet to candidates by greeting them, giving them office tours and leading them to interview rooms. You’ll also check in periodically to ensure they’re comfortable
  • Partner with the Recruiting team to plan recruiting events and manage content on our website and social channels to improve inbound resume numbers
  • Implement regular surveying of candidates and hiring managers to ensure we’re capturing feedback and incorporating it into the Quartet interview process
  • Distribute weekly updates to Quartet executives to inform them where pipelines and recruiting metrics stand for key roles
  • Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing and research

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree1-3 years experience working in a fast-paced environment in an operational or administrative role
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate with people at all levels and in different roles
  • High level of integrity with a passion for startup environments and navigating challenging situations
  • An eye toward improving the recruiting experience, both for candidates as well as stakeholders at Quartet
